Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithm development
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated project leadership in complex tech initiatives
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Published author in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering preferred
