Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption protocols for enterprise-scale applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning models
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate quantum algorithms into physical implementations
- Document quantum system architectures and create implementation roadmaps
- Advise CTOs on quantum adoption strategies for 2026 technology transitions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithm development (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity principles
