Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, color codes) and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals with 50+ citations
