Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for scalable qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Research novel quantum hardware architectures and materials
- Create technical specifications for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and industry whitepapers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Expertise in NISQ-era quantum hardware limitations
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
