Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Research and implement error correction protocols for practical quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor-qubit interactions
- Develop quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum programming techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
