As a key member of our Quantum Research Division, you'll lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum architectures that solve previously impossible problems across cryptography, material science, and AI. Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for NISQ and fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerance frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Create quantum computing roadmaps aligned with industry 2026 technology forecasts
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing publications
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization tools
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects across multidisciplinary teams
