Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global innovation ecosystems
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Present findings to international forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with history of keynoting global conferences
