Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing patents by 2026
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on quantum-resistant encryption standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for DoD quantum projects
- Fluency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation libraries
