Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products launched)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals (h-index > 20)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or DARPA contracts
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies for technological forecasting
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
