Qualifications

- Published record in quantum machine learning or quantum optimization
- Expertise in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
