Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum accelerators into classical computing frameworks
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Establish industry partnerships to validate quantum solutions in finance, pharmaceuticals, and logistics
- Drive quantum security frameworks resistant to future computational threats
- Mentor quantum engineers while publishing breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QASM, and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
