Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for financial and healthcare systems
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error-correction methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum accelerators with classical HPC systems
- Pioneer hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Drive quantum software development using Qiskit, Cirq, and custom SDKs
- Conduct research on topological qubit implementations and fault-tolerant computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, OpenQASM)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation or ion trap technologies
- Experience with cryogenic system integration and quantum hardware interfaces
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conference presentations
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-quantum cryptography standards
