Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid system integration
- Publish research in top-tier journals and conferences (Nature, IEEE)
- Drive quantum security frameworks for next-gen blockchain protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence enhancement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
