Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop patent-pending quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Ensure quantum system security and compliance with emerging standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC environments
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms or trapped ion systems
- Certification in quantum engineering from recognized institutions preferred
