Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in legacy systems
- Create quantum optimization frameworks for logistics and supply chains
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging QML techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
