Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on real-world quantum implementations
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and quantum communication protocols
