Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity rates
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Define hardware-software co-design specifications for next-gen quantum processors
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Drive patent development in quantum algorithms and circuit optimization
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum gate-model or annealing systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and entanglement protocols
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
