Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for error correction and computational efficiency

- Research and prototype novel quantum computing methodologies in partnership with MIT and Caltech

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum hardware, and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python/C++
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (Nature/IEEE preferred)
- Experience with quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
