Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating complex quantum algorithms into practical implementations
- Develop error-correction frameworks and optimization protocols for quantum processors
- Collaborate with research institutions to publish breakthrough findings in quantum supremacy
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world problem-solving
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error mitigation, and hardware-software co-design
- Proven track record of delivering quantum computing projects in production environments
