Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Research and mitigate quantum error correction techniques for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance

- Document architectural blueprints and performance benchmarks for quantum systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum algorithm design
- Proven track record in building quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
