Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol optimization
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant hardware
- Document quantum algorithms and security protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and quantum key distribution
