Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI governance
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and deployment challenges
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published work in peer-reviewed ethics or technology journals
