Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum software development teams using Qiskit, Cirq, and custom frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity solutions for 2026-era threats
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Publish research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum processors
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, QASM, and major quantum SDKs
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
