Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic systems for financial and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for national infrastructure
- Research quantum error correction methodologies
- Develop patents for proprietary quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or topological computing
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certification in quantum security protocols
- Experience with quantum annealing systems
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence challenges
