Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum circuits
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to validate quantum coherence protocols
- Translate complex quantum concepts into enterprise-grade implementation blueprints
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Proven track record of designing scalable quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
