Responsibilities

- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and hardware integration
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
