Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Design quantum-classical hybrid systems with 99.999% reliability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-safe cryptographic protocols
- Optimize qubit coherence times using advanced error correction techniques
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing adoption in financial services
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Validate system performance through quantum simulation benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or supercomputing design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Publication record in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum
- Experience with quantum-classical API integration
