- Lead research into novel quantum materials and hardware optimization techniques
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and best practices
- Present architectural blueprints and progress updates to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and qubit manipulation
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
