- Collaborate with security teams to design quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in Nature Physics
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., PRX Quantum)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
