Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms with error correction rates >99.99%
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using advanced compilation techniques
- Design quantum-classical interfaces for real-world applications
- Lead quantum security implementations for blockchain systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and IBM Research on quantum error correction
- Develop quantum software development kits (SDKs) for enterprise use
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum computing systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware (ion traps, superconducting qubits)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
