Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning architectures
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for 1000+ qubit systems
- Partner with hardware teams to overcome quantum decoherence challenges
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain infrastructure
- Present research findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum information theory
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
