Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for scalable fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software integration
- Research error mitigation techniques for NISQ devices
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit optimization strategies
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills
- Active Qiskit Advocate or Microsoft Quantum MVP status preferred
