Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for scalable quantum processors
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions with error correction rates >99.9%
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Drive quantum security implementations for next-gen cryptography standards
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and represent the company at global quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
