Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications targeting 2026 deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant system frameworks
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to advance quantum hardware-software co-design
- Present strategic quantum technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum architecture or advanced HPC systems design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum-classical hybrid system integration
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in R&D environments
