Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead quantum vulnerability assessments and post-quantum migration strategies
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Secure patents for novel quantum-resistant encryption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms: Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages: Q#, Qiskit, Cirq
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols (RSA, ECC, lattice-based)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
