Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit coherence optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum security protocols resistant to future cryptographic threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams to reduce quantum error rates below 10⁻⁹
- Translate quantum research into commercially viable solutions for finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our proprietary training framework
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of leading quantum system integration projects
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Strong understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted projects
