Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications in drug discovery
- Architect secure quantum communication networks resistant to decryption
- Conduct research on quantum machine learning models with 10x computational advantage
- Present findings at global quantum summits and publish in Nature/Science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design

- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
