Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Develop quantum software frameworks and SDKs for developer ecosystem expansion
- Present breakthrough research at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and algorithm design
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system implementation
- Strong background in superconducting qubit technology or photonic quantum systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related top-tier conferences (e.g., QIP, APS March)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing R&D budgets
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-quantum cryptography standards
