Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead the development of quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning
- Collaborate with physicists and engineers to advance quantum hardware-software co-design
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- Minimum 5 years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and error mitigation techniques
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research in top-tier journals
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum error correction
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
