Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-time problem-solving
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.99% qubit fidelity
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning and cryptography workloads
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe security protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms or ion trap systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
