Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with 99.999% reliability
- Optimize quantum machine learning models for real-world deployment in finance and healthcare
- Establish industry standards for quantum software development lifecycle
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant cryptography protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
