- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Computing summits
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging paradigms like topological computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or algorithms
