Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for pharmaceutical R&D
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit optimization and decoherence mitigation
- Develop patent-pending quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit and Nature journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building fault-tolerant quantum circuits with superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithm optimization
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and braiding operations
- Experience securing DoD/NASA quantum computing contracts
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies (3+ products)
