Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Research emerging quantum technologies (photonic, trapped ion, neutral atom) for roadmap integration
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Quantum Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software co-design projects
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
