Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms optimized for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware integration gaps
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-gen encryption protocols
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create technical documentation and quantum system performance benchmarks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
