Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Drive research in quantum error correction and qubit coherence optimization
- Present quantum roadmaps to executive stakeholders and technical partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in complex system design and fault tolerance
- Proven ability to translate quantum theory into practical implementations
