Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum hardware with classical computing
- Define quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum materials and cryogenic engineering
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm optimization
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment
