Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop quantum software interfaces for non-quantum developers using Qiskit and Cirq
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubits
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Quipper)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (arXiv/peer-reviewed)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Certification in quantum software development (IBM Quantum Professional)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
