Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with physics PhDs to develop novel quantum algorithms
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum hardware solutions
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Present innovations at global tech conferences and investor summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or topological computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Security clearance for DoD/NSF quantum projects
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
