Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-corrected systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum circuit designs targeting 100+ qubit systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption standards
- Drive research initiatives in topological quantum computing and quantum machine learning
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum-optimized supply chain solutions
- Author technical whitepapers on quantum advantage in computational finance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and hardware platforms
- Proven track record architecting fault-tolerant quantum systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks and tensor networks
- Certification in quantum cryptography and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Fluency in quantum hardware integration with classical HPC infrastructure
